The ethos of Cleeve Cake Company is very simple 'quality over quantity' - nothing is sub-contracted out, and nothing is bought in – everything is baked from scratch using top quality ingredients including real butter, free range eggs, Fairtrade sugar and chocolate and using locally sourced suppliers wherever possible.
