Debrah has always had an incredible passion for baking and decorating both wedding cakes & celebration cakes. After qualifying as a Professional Cake Decorator, and receiving the Best Student Award, she went on to complete many other specialist courses including sugar flowers, modeling in sugar and chocolate work and is a member of the British Sugarcraft Guild.

As well as attending many advanced courses and workshops in all aspects of sugarcraft throughout the UK, including attending a Master Class with one of the country's leading cake designers, she has also studied areas which have an influence on cake decoration, for instance floristry, focusing specifically on wedding flowers.  Her work has appeared in many of the UKs leading magazine titles including Vogue Magazine, Brides Magazine and Wedding Cakes A Design Source, the market leader in wedding cake design.

Debrah is also a member of the Cotswold Wedding Guild.
